To achieve a tobacco-free KU environment, The University of Kansas developed and implemented an educational campaign to promote a respectful, healthy, clean and tobacco-free environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors.  During the summer of 2017, the second objective was acheived: To revise KU's tobacco policy stating The University of Kansas will be tobacco free effective July 1, 2018.  The updated policy can be found here.
